The policies that are put in place are non-negotiable and require your acceptance prior to booking. Failure to follow all policies may risk in immediate eviction and/or lost of all/part of your deposit. Please read through them carefully.

- Property Policies
- Check-In Time: 4:00pm local time
- Check-Out Time: 10:00am local time
- Cancellations: First night rate is non-refundable if cancellation is made 45 days or more of check-in date. If cancellation is within 45 days of booking date, we reserve the right to keep all funds until booking is replaced.
- Booking: 50% of total rental rate to secure booking. Full payment is required 45 days prior to check-in.
- Bike storage: It is stricly forbidden to store bicycles inside the unit.
- Excessive noise: Excessive noise between the hours of 10 pm and 7 am is prohibited and will result in immediate eviction without refund.
- Pets: Pets are Prohibited inside the unit
- Parking: One parking pass is provided with the rental property. Failure to return the parking pass will result in a $200 fee.
- Missing Items: Any missing items will be charged to the guests in full for replacement.
- Property Damage: Cost of Repair or replacement of any damage of the property will be incurred in full by the guests.
- Smoking: It is Stricly Prohibited to smoke inside the unit.
- Maximum sleeping capacity: 3 Guests maximum.
- Minimum age requirement: 25 years of age
- Liability: The owner of the property is not responsible for personal injury, theft or lost of personal items occuring inside the unit or on the Gondola Village Complex grounds.
- Cleaning: Guests are responsible for cleaning all used items in the kitchen(Pots, pans, dishes, glasses,utensils...). Guests are also responsible for taking out all garbage and recyclables.
- Housekeeping: Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival. Any excessive cleaning required after departure will be charged to the guests.
- Delayed Arrival: No refunds for delayed arrivals
- Damage Deposit: A valid credit card number is required to run $250.00 damage deposit.
- Termination of lease: The owner or property manager reserves the right to terminate any booking if the guests, intentionally or unintentionally, break any policies, laws or bylaws.
